- During the period from 20 June to 31 August 2025, hotel rooms and suites can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.
- If you arrange for next year’s holiday of at least 3 nights by 31 December 2024, you get a 10% booking discount. A deposit of 20% is required to finalise the booking, which cannot be cancelled, only modified. You get an additional 10% discount if you make a 100% upfront payment.
- Further price reduction for longer holidays: a 5% discount for bookings of at least 7 nights, with a 20% deposit.
- Until 31 December 2024, bookings cannot be cancelled, only modified, for an additional 10% discount, making it a 5+10% discount.
- Or, until 31 December 2024, you can get an additional 20% discount if you make a 100% upfront payment, making it a 5+20% discount for bookings of at least 7 nights.
- This discount cannot be combined with other discounts, and only valid for new bookings. There is a limit on the number of the rooms/suites in the discount.
- The offer can only be booked directly through the hotel; the special offer cannot be redeemed through travel agencies and online intermediaries.
- In our online booking system, the discount is already included in the calculated price.

Cancellation policy:
- 50% of the total cost of the vacation is to be paid as a deposit in 5 calendar days after confirmation (In the confirmation you may see another deadline for short-term bookings.)
- In case of no payment the booking is automatically cancelled.
- Accepted payment methods: by cash, transfer, bank card.
- Modification and cancellation of the confirmed bookings are possible according to the general payment and cancellation terms.
