We also offer our employees a “4-star home”

The aim of the development is to enable professionals from more distant locations within the country (and even from around the world) to join our team. Our aim was to create a living space where our employees may not only live, but also find a community. Also, in the long run, the favourable housing conditions and family-like environment will strengthen team spirit and inspire development.

According to Csaba Baldauf, Director, for the safe and long-term operation of the hotel it is now essential to provide adequate accommodation for the employees.
This approach was also confirmed by Gebhard Kaiser, Chairman of our Supervisory Board, who emphasised in his speech that over the past three decades the hotel has become a key player in the region, and its success has always been based on the dedicated work of its employees. The current development will further build on this human value for the future.

At the inauguration ceremony, the building was blessed by parish priest István Szalontai, and after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, designers, builders, owners and invited guests toured the new quarters with us.

The investment was financed with HUF 957 million from the hotel’s own resources and a bank loan. The building of a floor area of nearly 1,000 m² has 12 double rooms with bathrooms, 4 apartments with living rooms and kitchenettes, 2 shared kitchens and a laundry room.
During the construction, we dedicated special attention to environmental awareness and energy saving: solar panels and heat pumps ensure sustainable operation, and the windows and doors comply with the highest energy rating.

With this step, we would like to set a good example for the Hungarian hotel industry: we wish to create the best conditions for both our guests and our staff.
