Food allergy in the family?

Does somebody in the family have a special diet due to food allergies or other health issues? Visitors with special diets are welcome in our hotel. Our staff is experienced with handling food allergies. Let it be egg-, soy- or milk protein allergy, lactose- or gluten intolerance, our cooks can make creative meals using alternative ingredients.

Personal needs, personal care

We know how much allergies and intolerances for the same ingredient can vary from person to person, therefore we take note of everybody's individual needs. Please alert us about your special dietary needs when making your reservation, so our cooks can prepare for your arrival. At your first dinner, seek out the kitchen manager or their assistant manager, and tell them if you need special meals during the day besides the ones provided with half-board. In every one of our restaurant we have staff who is an expert at special diets.

Desserts are served separately. 

The ingredients for special dishes are stored separately and the food is prepared in separate dishes and with separate devices, yet the hotel does not operate a separate kitchen for this purpose. Therefore we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that the dishes are free from all traces of foodstuffs.

Paleo, organic, vegan…

If you don't have food allergies but still want to keep a special diet, our cooks are happy to help. For that, you have to indicate what diet you need when making a reservation, and meet our diet expert at your first dinner. They will help you choose suitable food from the buffet, and even prepare meals if needed. The latter might cost you extra money, the actual fees can be found in the price list.
