Based on Booking.com’s 2022 guest reviews, we have again won the Traveller Review Awards this year, and Tripadvisor has awarded us the Travelers' Choice Award for our outstanding reviews.
The experiences of our friends and acquaintances have always played an important role in our travel decisions, but with the rise of social media, we are increasingly keen to voice our opinions and share our experiences with “everyone”. We also like to browse other people’s public reviews before booking a trip. The big travel sites are reliable sources for this, as you can get a lot of information in one place. On Booking.com, for example, only those who have actually stayed at a given hotel can post reviews, which is why in addition to the feedback to our own questionnaire, we are constantly and excitedly following the reviews published here.
We are immensely proud to be in the top 10% of all accommodations on Tripadvisor, on the basis of our guests’ opinion, which made us win the Traveler’s Choice Award 2023. Meanwhile, our guests who booked through Booking last year also ranked us among the friendliest and most welcoming hotels.
