Frequently Asked Questions - Arrival and departure

1. When can we take the room?

We do everything we can to make your rooms available from 14.00, and your apartment houses from 16.00 on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can use the hotel's pool services from 11 a.m until 2 p.m. for 3 500 HUF for adults and 2 500 HUF for children. May we call your attention to the fact that half-boarding starts with a buffet dinner on the day of your arrival, which is available between 5.30 p.m. - 8.00 p.m. (9.00 p.m. in peak season and on fridays and saturdays).

2. When do we have to vacate the room?

Our rooms are available until 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Before leaving, the children can go for another round at Boboland, free of charge. The family wants to relax a bit more in the pool? For our regular customers, that is free on the day of the departure, and our not yet regular customers can purchase day tickets valid until 5 p.m. for 3 500 HUF for adults and 2 500 HUF for children. Until you leave, we recommend parking the car within hotel bounds.

3. Why do we have to leave the room until 10.00 a.m.?

You also would like to take your room 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, won't you? In order to properly prepare the rooms before our guests arrive, we need some time. Thank you for understanding!

4. Is it possible to stay in the room longer on the day of departure?

It might be possible, depending on how busy the hotel is. Please arrange it at the reception at least a day before departure. The extension fee until 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure is 21 000 HUF/room, 39 000 HUF/room until 6 p.m. Regular customers get 50% off the extension fee.

5. What meals do we get on the day of arrival?

May we call your attention to the fact that half-boarding starts with a buffet dinner on the day of your arrival, which is available between 5.30 p.m.-8.00 p.m. (9.00 p.m. in peak season and on fridays and saturdays). If you arrive later than that, please notify the reception.

6. What meals do we get on the day of departure?

On the day of departure, breakfast is until 10.30 a.m. Please remember that after 10.00 a.m. your room cards are no longer valid. If you wish to take your time having breakfast, we recommend leaving your luggage in the car or in the luggage room. Until you leave, we recommend parking the car within hotel bounds.
