On the basis of a complex set of criteria, they examined our preparedness to accommodate families with small children.
When they arrived, they immediately made sure that we provide the comfort of home in our rooms and family suites for families with babies. They enjoyed discovering every room of our playground, and they enthusiastically looked through the programmes of activities organised for the little ones. In our restaurant, the 80 different high chairs and the lot of bibs surprised even the experts. They recognised that we provide peaceful environment for breastfeeding in many parts of the hotel. In addition to bottled baby food and pulps, we offer organic, homemade purées for those who want to try new flavours, and we are also prepared for guests with food allergies.
We built a safe playground for our smallest guests, and we made them a separate room in Boboland equipped with toys only suitable for them, we placed a parasol above the baby pool, we purchased different baby carriages, we heat the baby sauna....And in order to provide moms with a breather, our qualified kindergarten teachers look after children aged between 1 and 3 years.
After that busy weekend, their recognition also proves that relieving the load on mothers during their stay with babies and providing meaningful shared experience are at our heart. Thus, our hippo mom, Mimi proudly received the “Baby-friendly Accommodation” award plaque today.

“Family resort where you can spend a time and keep your kids busy with all activities. We spent in Kolping hotel few nights and despite rainy days kids were happy and tired each evening. There is great indoor hall, outdoor playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools as well. Restaurant is clean, bit noisy because of lots of small children, but no surprise as it's baby friendly hotel. Food is fine, we had a good time.”
