Turizmus Kft. that focuses on the publication of touristic press has published its “TOP 50 publication” on domestic tourism for the sixth time for which they selected professionals who made the strongest impact on the tourism of Hungary in 2018. The Managing Director of our hotel, Csaba Baldauf was ranked in the 50 professionals for the fifth time.
Csaba Baldauf has already been working for the hotel for 25 years this year. His original profession would not have led him towards hotel industry as he was first responsible for the carrying out of the hotel as an engineer. However, the place drew him in, and under his control Kolping Hotel became one of the most successful family-friendly hotels in the country.
In addition to directing the hotel, he also assists in the work of the Hungarian Hotel and Restaurant Association. Since 2002, as the manager of the Balaton region, he held together and coordinated the union of local hotels and catering businesses in 5 two-year terms. From 1 January 2019, he will continue his professional work in the Association as the General Vice President.
We would like to congratulate him here as well, and we are glad that the profession has acknowledged his work.

“I highly recommend this Hotel. The staff was VERY helpful and nice to us, I have never seen friendlier staff than Kolping Hotel’s. Children love this place, it’s very good for families with children. They provide tons of services like kindergarten, informatics classes, hair salon, spa treatments, massage, skincare and they have a HUGE adventure park which is suitable for every age. Their restaurant has the best food with the kindest staff. The food is incredible and has a good price. The staff greeted us very nicely. They speak english, german and ofc hungarian. They have free parking next to your room and FREE WIFI with air conditioning. No matter how many children do you have, this is the best choice for your family. And you can request a birthday party with a reserved table. ”
