1. Is admission to Bobo Fun Park included in the accommodation booking?
Yes, starting from 2025, guests who book directly with us receive one 4-hour Family Arena ticket per day for the Bobo Fun Park. The ticket can be used on both the day of arrival and the day of departure, allowing families to enjoy active fun throughout their entire stay.
2. How can I redeem the Bobo Fun Park admission included for hotel guests?
Two days before the start of your stay, we will send you an email with access to the online booking platform where you can reserve your time slot for visiting Bobo Fun Park. Due to limited capacity, advance reservation is required. During the booking process, please select your preferred day and playtime (10:00 AM–2:00 PM or 3:00 PM–7:00 PM), and redeem your tickets for the chosen slot. The tickets will be sent to you via email — please bring them with you and present them at the Bobo Fun Park reception. Important: We can only guarantee your reserved time slot if you arrive by 10:30 AM for the morning session or by 3:30 PM for the afternoon session. If you arrive later, we cannot hold your reservation, and entry will be subject to availability at that time.

“Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included. We did encounter larger selections at single dinner and/or breakfast, but the selection is different day to day so overall. Everything is well prepared and tasty. They do offer vegan alternatives and do claim that they can cater for people with specific allergies. It is perfect for kids. They offer 8 hour care for kids over 4 and up to 3 hours for small children between 1 and 3. The play room have lots of toys, books, table top games to borrow and puzzles. You can see into that room from the Cafe and Bar so it's not necessary to put your kids to the animators if you just want to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink. Books and games can be borrought to your room.”
