1. How long before the vacation should I book my room?

In the summer season many of our guests book for next summer, so if you want to make a reservation for July to mid-August, you might want to do so 10-12 months prior. Our price warranty guarantees that no matter when you book for the summer, you will get the same prices, and we won't offer discounts after.

Weekends and holidays (Pentecost, Easter and national holidays) are also popular dates, and often all our rooms are booked even months before. However, it is always worth asking even at the last minute, since cancellations and illnesses can free up a room, even if it is just for a short time. Our staff can put you on a waitlist upon your request and notify you if there is vacancy.

2. How do I make a reservation?

You can do a quick price calculation to your desired timeframe and room type on our webpage. If you find the price suitable, you can book the room right away online. If you would like to receive an offer, you can ask for one online, by phone, fax, or via e-mail. If you would like to take our offer, please verify your order in writing. After online bookings we send a confirmation, which includes service costs and payments rates too. After this, there is nothing left to do, but pack.

3. Can I take a pet with me?

Many of our guests are infants or young children, therefore we cannot welcome dogs, cats or other pets in our hotel.

4. There was not a vacancy at our preferred date or room type. What does the waiting list mean?

Our staff notes your requested room type and date, and look out for vacancies. If we do find one, we will notify you immediately, and you can decide whether or not you want our offer.

5. Can different payment methods be combined? (vouchers, cash, card)

Of course. Please indicate this upon booking.

6. What services are included in the price?

Children have limitless energy, but parents unfortunately can't say the same about their money. Therefore we made our prices so that it is easy to plan for the total cost of the holiday: they include the unlimited use of nearly every service and attendance to any event, all year round.
