Frequently Asked Questions - Child-supervision

1. Will we have time to relax - just the two of us?

Yes! For a few hours, the parents can have some free time, while we mind the children at multiple locations around the hotel.

• In Boboland, 8 hours every day from ages 3 and up, 3 hours every morning for ages 1-3
• Individual baby sitting on arrangement - for a fee
• We provide babyphones with a range covering all of our 10 acres (family suites come with built-in babyphones, for other room types you can rent one at the reception)

2. Where and when do I indicate that my child needs minding in Boboland?

Please notify the kindergarten teacher on duty that you wish to leave your child at Boboland. We will need some information for this (name, how long are they staying, how can we reach you), and ask for your signature.

On rare occasions, we may have so many people who want to use the service that we have to impose a staffing freeze. In such cases, we can take over the waiting list as soon as 1 or 1 child has left. 

3. Child-supervision outside kindergarten hours?

If you wish to leave your child in our care when there is no group child-supervision, we can help organizing for an individual baby-sitter. For more information please, go to the reception!

4. Do you provide babysitting services for children with mental or physical disabilities?

Our kindergarten teachers/animators have no special education qualifications, thus we cannot provide care for children with mental or physical disabilities. If the child has only a mild disability, we are happy to give it a try, but we reserve the right to stop providing the service at short notice. Please note that this is not discrimination, but responsible thinking.
