1. Can I connect to the internet within hotel bounds?
In our 10 acre hotel grounds, you can connect to the internet wirelessly (Wi-Fi, hotspot) for free: in all rooms and family suites, at the apartment houses, reception, a' la carte restaurant, conference floor; at the Bobo Café & Bar, the family aqualand and the poolside restaurant. The network is password protected. Please ask for the password at the reception.
2. Why is the Wi-Fi connection weaker sometimes?
Although our hotel's location is easy on the eyes with its many hills, it's certainly not easy on the technicians who built the Wi-Fi system. We have improved a lot on it in the past few years, which made the connection in community spaces and most of the rooms quite stable, but some places still encounter the occasional problem. We are trying to patch the remaining holes in setup.
