1. Can I take a pet with me to the hotel?

Two of our separate apartment houses may be booked by guests arriving with a dog, after prior arrangement. In our other apartment houses, hotel rooms and suites, we do not accept pets. Cats and other pets are still not allowed.

2. What should I do, if I would like to take my dog with me?

Please make sure to indicate this upon requesting a price offer and booking. Our colleagues will check whether we have a vacancy in one of our dog-friendly rooms in the given period. They will send you the most important information regarding the pet’s stay in our hotel and calculate the extra costs related to your pet. You may bring your pet only if their stay has been verified in advance by our colleagues.

If you arrive to our hotel with a dog without prior arrangement, the pet can only stay if we can transfer the reservation to one of our dog-friendly apartment houses. In this case, we will charge you all fees related to the pet and an additional surcharge of HUF 50,000 for cleaning in the case of a room or family suite.

3. How many and what types of dogs can we take with us?

One apartment can accommodate 1 dog up to 40 kg. When making a reservation, please provide a copy of the dog's vaccination book, showing the animal's chip number, anti-rabies vaccination, and the stamp verifying flea control and deworming. 

4. What kind of extra costs are there for traveling with a dog?

The current prices for pets per night can be found in our price list. Upon arrival, we ask for a deposit of HUF 60,000 per apartment house, which will be returned on departure. In case the dog damages the equipment in the house or upon departure our colleague considers that extra cleaning is necessary in the house, the price of that will be deducted from this amount. 

5. Which parts of the hotel can be visited with a dog?

The dog is allowed only on the ground floor and the terrace of the apartment house, and walking your dog is only allowed in the designated area near the house, with a leash and muzzle. No pets are allowed in the park, around playgrounds and pools, or in the buildings, including the restaurant, the playhouse and all public areas. 

6. What kind of equipment is provided for dogs?

Guests with dogs are welcome in our apartment houses with feeding and drinking bowls and plastic beds. Please bring food, a leash, a muzzle and any other necessary equipment. 

7. One of ourfamily members is allergic to animal hair. Can we book a room that is guaranteed to be dog-free?

Only two apartment houses accept dogs within the hotel. Considering the rest of the apartment houses, all of our rooms and family suites, you can be sure that there was no guest with a dog staying there before you. Our four-legged guests are not allowed to visit the park, the playground area or enter the buildings, including the restaurant, playhouse the and all public areas.
