1. Who is a regular?

If you have been a guest at our hotel three times in the last 3 years, we count you as a regular customer. From the 4th holiday you can take advantage of our special packages and services.

2. I am a regular customer, what are the benefits of this?

  • Exclusive benefit in our Loyalty Programme - We reward those who stayed with us in the past with double points, HUF 2,000/EUR 5 worth. Upon logging in, you can even get additional HUF 4,000/EUR 10 worth of bonus points. Worth up to HUF 6,000/EUR 15, the points you receive will be available to use for your next booking.
  • A longer vacation - Get 50% discount on the departure late check-out service. (until 12.00 a.m. 11 450 HUF/room, 6.00 p.m. 20 500 HUF/room, arrangement the day before departure is needed). Even if you checked out of the room, the quiet spa and the family aqualand are available to you until closing on the day of departure free of charge.
  • Your loyalty is valued! – We thank you for your loyalty with a special surprise for every 5th stay, which will await you in your room upon arrival.

“Family resort where you can spend a time and keep your kids busy with all activities. We spent in Kolping hotel few nights and despite rainy days kids were happy and tired each evening. There is great indoor hall, outdoor playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools as well. Restaurant is clean, bit noisy because of lots of small children, but no surprise as it's baby friendly hotel. Food is fine, we had a good time.”
