Kolping Hotel automatically gives the regular status for those who visited the Hotel at least three times in the last 3 years. The regulars' discounts can be used from the fourth stay. Only a natural person can be a regular.
The number of the residences is automatically registered in the hotel booking software. The booking can be made directly in the hotel or by an intermediary. The regular status refers to those minor children, whose parents meet the requirements detailed above.
2.1. On the day of departure, they can use every service of Boboland, the family fun bath and the relaxing wellness for free of charge after checking out. The room card looses its validity at 10:00, so it is to be extended at the reception in order to be able to get about in the hotel.
2.2. Late check out on the day of departure after 10.00 a.m.
Late check out is possible according to the free capacities, therefore an agreement is needed at the reception at least one day before the departure.
The price includes the use of the room, Boboland, the family fun bath, the relaxing wellness as well as the further services for free of charge of the hotel. Food is not included.
2.3 Unique offers
The participants of the Kolping Hotel regulars' programme give their expressed consent for the hotel to manage their data related to the programme participation and to send them offers and other information via post or e-mail. Our guests participating in the regulars' programme may withdraw their confirmation at any time in a written statement.
The Regulation is permanently available on the website of Kolping Hotel Kft.: www.kolping.hotel.hu/regulars, the occurrent regulation modifications are published here. The modification is in effect from the day on which the modified Regulation is published on the website.
