Sensational – Children’s CHECK-IN!

Soon, a giant slide will lead to the waving hippo, and every child can get their own banknote when checking-in.

There once was a front desk, which was a mandatory stop before starting the long awaited holiday. Through a child’s eyes, ringing the bell on the desk was the most exciting thing to do. Until we had a wild thought, and re-imagined our reception area.

From now on, the holiday starts in the parking lot. There are balancing games and a fountain along the way to the reception. We even installed a separate kids-entrance! And the things awaiting them inside….!
Until the adults receive all the important information about their stay, the children can dive headfirst into the fun. They can dress up hippos, find the way out of a maze on the interactive screens, color, sitting on hippo-shaped ottomans, or get lost in Bobo the hippo’s latest adventure.

What’s more, our hotel is the first in Hungary to offer child-sized check-in screens where the kids can check-in themselves. Of course no boring personal info, only some puzzles or a short quiz for the older ones. As soon as you find the solution, the machine gives you your first Bobo Bill, the hotel’s own kids-currency!

This gives a head start for the rest to come. Games around every corner. Activities back to back, everyone can find one they enjoy, and can keep collecting bills. The children count them, arrange them, and meanwhile unconsciously learn how to manage money. And at the end of the holiday they can cash them in, of course for awesome toys.
